Patrick Henry visited his aunt and uncle frequently at Mansion House 1757, in addition to being one of our country’s Founding Fathers. - $320 per night

Checking-In & Out

Our Check-In is the earliest in Gettysburg and the surrounding area, and when possible, we will have your room ready even earlier. Your stay includes seamless Check-In and Check-Out and direct contact with the owner via cell or text. Check-In 2:00pm / Check-out 11:00am.

Occupancy

Room rates based on double occupancy except The Patrick Henry Suite which sleeps four, there is an additional charge of $50 per person, plus applicable taxes per night, for each additional guest. Mansion House 1757 reserves the right to limit the number of guests per room.

All rooms include

Private Bathroom with shower and tub, Central Heat & Cooling, Smart TV, Smoke-Free, & Free secure Wi-Fi. Access to The Garden and Parlor Room, Free Off-Street parking, On-site Farm to Table restaurant and Tavern, Full Hot Breakfast, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, and Toiletries upon request. 

 *Porter service, In-room phone, and Room Service are unavailable.

Pet Policy

 The American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), defines a Service Animal as any Guide Dog, Signal Dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. Service Animals’ owners are responsible for animals’ behavior.

*No Pets Allowed in Food Service Facility, per The Departments of Agriculture & Health.

Reservations / Cancellations

Minimum two nights stay Weekends and Holidays from May 1st to October 31st. Two night stay also required for Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King Day.

Booking Individual rooms

Room reservations require a 50% deposit applied to your card at time of booking, with the balance due the morning of Check-in.

Booking Group rooms

Must be booked with one Credit Card, 50% of payment charged at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival, 30-day cancellation required.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees will be waived, due to a State of Emergency, which includes inclement weather.

Room cancellations with a minimum 8 day notice prior to stay, will be charged a $50 Service fee.

Any room cancelled within 1 week of stay, will not be refunded deposit.

Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit of $50 will be collected at time of booking, this will be applied for stained Bed and Bath linens, or damage to room. Deposit will be fully refunded after Check Out when no damage was incurred.

Smoking / Vaping / E-cigarettes are strictly forbidden inside The Inn or on porches, any indication of this taking place will result in loss of Damage Deposit and a $300 cleaning fee applied to guest’s credit card.

All rooms will be paid for via Credit Card.

Applicable Taxes: State Sales Tax – 6% / County Pillow Tax – 5%
