Patrick Henry Suite

Situated on the 2nd floor, our elegant suite features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a private bath with a charming claw-foot tub and shower, and original hardwood floors. Relax in the spacious sitting area, enjoy the comfort of central air and heat, and stay entertained with two Smart TVs. The suite also includes a Keurig machine, mini-refrigerator, and a large private porch for your enjoyment.

Patrick Henry visited his aunt and uncle frequently at Mansion House 1757, in addition to being one of our country’s Founding Fathers.

Mamie Eisenhower

Located on the 2nd floor, this charming room offers a queen-size bed and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. You'll also have access to The Garden and Parlor room, complete with a Keurig for your convenience.

Carroll Suite

Nestled on the 2nd floor, this exquisite room features a queen bed, a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, and stunning original hardwood floors. Enjoy the added luxury of a living room, central air and heat, a Smart TV, a Keurig machine, and a mini-refrigerator. Guests also have access to The Garden and Parlor area for a truly relaxing stay.

Original living quarters for The Miller family circa 1757, located in what was known as Carrollton. Charles Carroll sold this land to Squire Miller and was also one of our Founding Fathers.

Thaddeus was a prominent visitor at the Inn, practiced Law and was a Professor in Gettysburg, as well as, Congressman, Abolitionist, Civil Rights leader, and business man.

Nestled in a historic setting just 7 miles from Gettysburg, our inn offers a blend of charm and modern comfort.

  • Enjoy the earliest check-in time in Gettysburg and the surrounding area at Mansion House 1757, with the possibility of even earlier availability upon request.

    Your stay includes seamless check-in and check-out processes, along with direct contact with the owner via cell or text.

    Check-in is at 2:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am for your convenience.

  • Room rates based on double occupancy except The Patrick Henry Suite which sleeps four, there is an additional charge of $50 per person, plus applicable taxes per night, for each additional guest.

    Mansion House 1757 reserves the right to limit the number of guests per room.

  • The American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), defines a Service Animal as any Guide Dog, Signal Dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. Service Animals’ owners are responsible for animals’ behavior.

    *No Pets Allowed in Food Service Facility, per The Departments of Agriculture & Health.

  • Please note, a minimum two-night stay is required for weekends and holidays from May 1st to October 31st. Additionally, a two-night stay is required for Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King Day weekends.

  • Room reservations require a 50% deposit charged to your card at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the morning of check-in.

  • Reservations must be secured with a single credit card. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

  • In the event of a State of Emergency, including inclement weather, cancellation fees will be waived.

    For room cancellations made with at least 8 days' notice prior to your stay, a $50 service fee will be charged.

    Cancellations made within 1 week of your stay will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Damage Charge up to $100.00 will be applied using Guest's credit card on file, if any damages are incurred during your stay.

    Smoking / Vaping / E-cigarettes are strictly forbidden inside The Inn or on porches. Any indication of this taking place will result a $300 cleaning fee applied to guest's credit card on file.

  • All room reservations must be made via credit card.

  • State Sales Tax – 6%

    County Pillow Tax – 5%
